Our purpose at Williams Custom Cutting is to allow consumers to have the power to choose where their food comes from and how it is handled.

What Can We Do?

We are permitted to process fruits, vegetables, cattle, hogs & wild game for private consumption. They are processed to the specifications of the owner. This includes the cutting, wrapping, cooling & freezing of products.

A Little Background

We are a Limited Liability Company, who wanted to do it right & legal. We are inspected by the USDA & Department of Agriculture and have the necessary permits & licenses to operate in Manatee County as an Agricultural Processing Plant.

Experience

In the course of a 17-year meat-cutting career, I have worked in management in the Meat Department for Publix and Sweetbay and worked at Rawls Custom Cutting, where I learned to cut hanging beef. I am HACCP trained at the University of Florida.
