Smoked Bacon

We recommend only making bacon from domestic hogs.

  • A 180-pound pig will yield 9-10 lb of precooked bacon.
  • When getting Bacon, your spareribs will have less meat on them.
  • There is a three-dollar-a-pound precooked weight charge for bacon.

Smoked Sausage

Now offering smoked sausage. For two dollars extra per raw pound, your liked sausage will be smoked and packaged for you.

  • We use A.C. Legg's #10 Country Sausage & Sweet Italian mixes. We also do Bratwurt, Cheddar and Jalapeno Cheddar.
  • 15 pounds minimum.
  • 32-38 mm natural casing.
  • Custom length sizes are available.
