For cattle, if you slaughter it, there can be no hair on the body & it is cut in quarters. Deer & hogs have no hair, hooves, or head.

Most slaughter rates are $150 for cattle and $50 for hogs.

Cut and wrap a deer for $80.

Cattle & Domestic Hogs: $1.25 per pound hanging weight, $80 minimum.

Snack Sticks: 20-pound minimum, $9 per pound Smoked.

Smoked Sausage: $2.00 per pound.

Link Sausage: $2.00 dollars a pound. Pre linked weight.

Bacon: $3.00 per pound, pre cooked weight.

Alligator: $15 per foot for skin & $3 per pound for the finished product, sealed and labeled.

Wild Hog minimum $80 or $1.25 per pound, whichever is greater.
